Friends of Buckeye Swamp -- Volunteers

We welcome you to be a Friend of Buckeye Swamp and volunteer at the Olentangy River Wetland Research Park. Many undergraduate and graduate students at The Ohio State University, high school students, and local citizens have volunteered over the years, working with research park scientists, staff, and students. Some of the major volunteer activities include:

• weekly water sampling
• laboratory assistant
• field assistant
• site birder (volunteer position)
• site cleanups and vegetation planting
